Project Description

It is easy to use web-based survey and questionnaire system. An asp.net based project examines and gathers the end user information. Admin part contains flexible questionnaire designer, users management system and reporting system.

Requirements:
• Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5
• Microsoft SQL Server Express 2005

Installing Web site
• Unzip AspQuestionnaire-bin-1.0.1.0b.zip to target folder
• Create in IIS Web site or Virtual directory
• Run it

Running solution in Visual Studio:
• Unzip AspQuestionnaire-src-1.0.1.0b.zip to target folder
• Open solution AspQuestionnaire.sln in Visual Studio 2008
• Run it

Initial credentials
credentials for admin:
login - admin
password - admin

credentials for respondent:
login - test
password - test
